• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract job listings or other content from the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Use automated bots, crawlers, or similar tools to access or interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and not sharing them with others.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

Job listings on CareerUdaya are sourced from publicly available information and employer submissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of any job opportunity — including role requirements, salary, location, and employer legitimacy — before applying. CareerUdaya is not a recruitment agency and does not facilitate or guarantee employment. We are not liable for any losses arising from your reliance on job listing information.

5. Mock Tests

The mock tests available on CareerUdaya are provided for practice and self-assessment purposes only. They are not official examinations, certifications, or assessments recognised by any employer, licensing body, or government authority. Results from mock tests on this Platform have no official standing and should not be represented as such to any third party. We make no representations about the accuracy, comprehensiveness, or difficulty of test content relative to any actual examination.

6. AI Tools

CareerUdaya provides AI-powered career tools, including profile summaries powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Job recommendations use deterministic, rule-based matching and are not AI-generated. All suggestions are informational and are not professional career advice. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your specific circumstances. We recommend consulting qualified career advisors or recruiters for personalised guidance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform that is not user-generated — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of CareerUdaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (such as your profile information), and by submitting it you grant us a licence to use it to operate and improve the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerUdaya and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated job listing information.
• Reliance on AI-generated career suggestions.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
