The Confidential Secretary post is a PwBD backlog vacancy.
Eligibility
Qualification and experience are post-specific. Key requirements include a relevant PhD for Superintending Research Scientist, a Mechanical Engineering degree for Senior Officer (Mechanical), a relevant postgraduate Petroleum qualification with engineering at graduation level, ICAI or ICMAI membership for Accounts Officer/Auditor, postgraduate Hindi qualification with relevant experience for Hindi Officer, and graduation with a prescribed secretarial diploma and experience for Confidential Secretary.

Selection Process
For Grade B and Grade C posts, selection comprises a 100-mark Computer Based Test and Personal Interview. The CBT contributes 85% and the interview contributes 15% to the final score.
For Grade A posts, selection comprises a 100-mark Computer Based Test and a qualifying Proficiency/Skill Test. Final merit is based on CBT marks, subject to qualifying the skill test. Hindi Officer and Confidential Secretary candidates face post-specific language, computer, typing, shorthand or transcription components as applicable.
