Assistant Engineer - RE Eligibility

Educational Qualification

Candidates need a full-time regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering from a State Technical Board or an AICTE/UGC-recognised institute. Pass marks are required.

Experience Requirement

  • At least 10 years of post-qualification site experience in the power sector, including training period if any, in a Government organisation, PSU or private organisation.
  • Of this experience, at least 6 years must be in grid-connected Solar and/or Wind projects of 50 MW or above.
  • Relevant experience must be in Operation and Maintenance and/or Asset Management.

Deputy General Manager - RE Eligibility

Educational Qualification

Candidates need a full-time Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control and Instrumentation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognised Indian university or institute recognised by the appropriate statutory authority. SC, ST and PwBD candidates with passing marks are eligible.

Experience Requirement

  • At least 12 years of post-qualification executive-cadre experience in the power sector, including training period if any.
  • At least 10 years of this experience must be with a Renewable Energy Developer working on Solar and/or Wind projects.
  • At least 2 years must be site experience in grid-connected Solar and/or Wind projects of 50 MW or above.
  • Relevant site functions include project construction, erection, project commissioning, or a combination of these functions.
  • Government or PSU candidates need at least 2 years in the pay scale of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000 or above, corresponding to IDA E-5 Grade or an equivalent scale, within the required 12 years of executive experience.

Selection Process

Medical Fitness
