Eligibility
Candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline with at least 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10. A valid GATE 2025 or GATE 2026 score in the corresponding paper is required. The maximum age is 28 years as on 17 August 2026. Age relaxation applies as per Government of India rules.
Selection Process
Candidates are shortlisted using a valid GATE score and then called for interview. Final merit gives 50% weightage to the GATE score and 50% to the interview.
Salary
The post carries Level-10 Pay Matrix with basic pay of ₹56,100 per month, plus applicable allowances.
Application Fee
The fee is ₹250. Women, SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen and PwBD candidates are exempted.
