Salary, CTC and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive basic pay at the initial of the applicable IDA scale, Industrial Dearness Allowance, perks and allowances, UG Allowance, NPA for medical cadre posts, NPS employer contribution, employer PF contribution and other benefits as per HCL rules.

Selection Process
The selection process will be based on performance in the Personal Interview (PI) with 100% weightage. Candidates may be called for PI in the ratio of 1:5 for each advertised vacancy. Where there is a single vacancy, 10 candidates may be shortlisted for interview. If applications exceed the zone of consideration, shortlisting may consider relevant experience beyond the minimum requirement, additional relevant higher qualification and other criteria mentioned in the notification.
