Educational Qualifications
Registrar
Essential qualification:
- Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Minimum 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-11 or above, or 8 years as Associate Professor at Academic Level-12 or above with educational administration experience.
Or:
- Comparable experience in research establishments or higher education institutions.
Or:
- 15 years of administrative experience including 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
Controller of Examination
Essential qualification: Same eligibility as Registrar.
Desirable:
- Experience in conducting university examinations.
- Experience handling confidential examination work.
- Working knowledge of computers and networking.
Deputy Registrar
Essential qualification:
- Master's Degree with minimum 55% marks.
- 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-10 or above with educational administration experience.
Or:
- Comparable experience in research establishments or higher education institutions.
Or:
- 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
Desirable:
- Degree in Law, Management or Engineering.
- Experience with Computer Applications / e-Office.
- Experience in academic, establishment or financial administration.
Deputy Controller of Examination
Essential qualification:
- Master's Degree with minimum 55% marks.
- 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-10 or above with educational administration experience.
Or:
- Comparable experience in research establishments or higher education institutions.
Or:
- 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
Desirable:
- Experience in university examination administration.
- Experience with computerised examination systems.
- Working knowledge of computers and networking.
Finance Officer
Essential qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts in a University, Government Organisation, PSU or Research Organisation.
Or:
- ICWAI / ICAI qualification or MBA (Finance) with minimum 5 years of management-level experience in Finance & Accounts.
Desirable:
- Master's Degree in Commerce.
- Finance background.
- Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software.
- Computer literacy and good interpersonal skills.
