Educational Qualification
- Assistant Manager (General): Two-year postgraduate degree or two-year postgraduate diploma in any discipline.
- Assistant Manager (Technical): BE/BTech in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology Management or Biotechnology.
- Assistant Manager (Finance): Commerce graduate with three years of post-qualification finance/accounting experience, or a graduate in any discipline with CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate. Articleship does not count as the required experience under the first route.
- Assistant Manager (Civil): BE/BTech in Civil Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Electrical): BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Mechanical): BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Junior Executive (General): Graduation in any discipline with working knowledge of computer applications/MS Office.
- Junior Executive (Technical): BSc in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or Chemistry, with working knowledge of computer applications/MS Office.
Qualifications must be from recognised institutions and completed by 15 November 2026. Final-year and final-semester candidates are not eligible.
Age Limit
The age limit is 18 to 28 years as on 15 November 2026. For unreserved candidates, the stated date-of-birth range is 16 November 1998 to 15 November 2008, both dates inclusive. Age relaxation applies as per the notification; the maximum age after applicable cumulative relaxation cannot exceed 55 years.
Salary
- Assistant Manager: IDA pay scale of ₹40,000–₹1,40,000, Grade E-1.
- Junior Executive: IDA pay scale of ₹29,000–₹93,000, Grade S-V.

Selection Process
- Assistant Manager: Online examination, document verification and interview.
- Junior Executive: Online examination and document verification. No interview is listed for Junior Executive posts.
