Post-wise Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Manager (Official Language)
- Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with at least 50% marks.
- English must have been studied as a subject up to Graduation.
- Hindi translation qualification is desirable.
- Knowledge of Official Language Rules is required.
- MBA is desirable.
- Minimum one year of experience is required.
Assistant Manager (Information Technology)
Candidates must have at least 50% marks in one of the following qualifications:
- BE in Information Technology or Computer Science; or
- MCA; or
- MBA/PGDM in IT or Systems.
ERP knowledge is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience is required.
Management Trainee (Marketing)
Candidates must have an MBA in Agribusiness Management or an equivalent Agriculture Management qualification.
Management Trainee (Accounts)
Candidates must hold either the CA or CMA qualification.
Junior Commercial Executive
Candidates must have a B.Sc in Agriculture with at least 50% marks. The minimum is 45% for SC, ST and PwBD candidates.
Junior Assistant (Accounts)
Candidates must have a B.Com degree with at least 50% marks. The minimum is 45% for SC, ST and PwBD candidates.
Junior Assistant (General)
Candidates must be Graduates in any discipline with at least 50% marks. The minimum is 45% for SC, ST and PwBD candidates.
Age Limit and Relaxation
The maximum age is 32 years for both Assistant Manager posts and 30 years for Management Trainee, Junior Commercial Executive and Junior Assistant posts.
