Eligibility
Qualifications and experience vary by post. Candidates should read the official notification for complete post-wise qualification, experience and equivalence requirements before applying.
- Finance Officer: Master's degree with at least 55% marks and required senior academic, higher-education administration or equivalent administrative experience.
- Director, Computer Centre: PhD in Computer Science or allied/relevant discipline with significant research record and approximately 10 years of teaching, research or relevant professional experience.
- Controller of Examinations: Master's degree with at least 55% marks and required senior teaching, educational administration or equivalent administrative experience.
- Executive Engineer: First-class Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Internal Audit Officer: Deputation post for eligible Audit and Accounts or comparable organized service officers with prescribed regular service.
- Deputy Registrar: Master's degree with at least 55% marks and five years of experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent Level-10-or-above post.
- Assistant Librarian: Master's degree in Library Science, Information Science, Documentation Science or equivalent with at least 55% marks, good academic record, library computerization knowledge and NET/SLET/SET or eligible PhD exemption.
- Section Officer / Assistant Section Officer / UDC / LDC: Bachelor's degree with the required administrative, typing, computer, noting and drafting skills as applicable to the post.
- Laboratory Assistant / Electrician / Laboratory Attendant / Library Attendant / MTS: Post-wise science, technical, library, Class 10/10+2, ITI or experience requirements apply as per the notification.
Age Limit
Post-wise upper age limits range from 28 to 57 years. Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen and other eligible categories will apply according to Government of India and University rules. Eligibility and age will generally be determined as on the online application closing date, 16 August 2026.
Salary
Pay varies by post from Level 1 (Rs. 18,000-Rs. 56,900) to Level 14 (Rs. 1,44,200-Rs. 2,18,200). Candidates should check the vacancy table above for the post-wise pay level and pay scale.

Selection Process
For Group A posts, the selection process may include application screening or shortlisting, interview or another appropriate selection procedure adopted by the University, and document verification.
For Group B and Group C posts, the process may include written test, skill test, typing test, noting/drafting test or another job-specific test where required, followed by document verification. There will be no personal interview for Group B and Group C posts. The University may decide the exact procedure according to the post.
