Salary
- Hindi Reporter: Rs. 35,000 per month
- Hindi Translator: Rs. 25,000 per month
- Bengali Translator: Rs. 25,000 per month
- Karbi Translator: Rs. 25,000 per month
Eligibility
- Hindi Reporter: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Hindi Stenography at 80 WPM, Hindi DTP typing, six-month Computer Application certificate, and knowledge of Assamese and English.
- Hindi Translator: Bachelor's Degree with Hindi as a subject, knowledge of Assamese and English, and six-month Computer Application certificate.
- Bengali Translator: Bachelor's Degree with Bengali as a subject, knowledge of Assamese, English and Bengali, and six-month Computer Application certificate.
- Karbi Translator: Bachelor's Degree, knowledge of Assamese, English and Karbi, and six-month Computer Application certificate.
Relevant parliamentary or language-newspaper experience is preferred where specified.
Age Limit
21 to 40 years as on 01 January 2026. SC/ST candidates receive five years' relaxation and OBC/MOBC candidates receive three years' relaxation.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted. Hindi Reporter applicants will take a stenography speed test, while Translator applicants will be called for an interview.
