Overview

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released a Public Notice dated 27 May 2026 inviting online applications for the Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination June 2026.

As per the official notice, the Joint CSIR-UGC NET is a test to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D. (and "admission to Ph.D. only") in Indian universities and colleges. Eligibility

As per the official Public Notice, the Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2026 is open to Indian nationals and is conducted to determine eligibility for:

  6. Submit the application form on or before 19 June 2026 (11:50 PM) and save the confirmation page.
  7. Use the correction window (22–23 June 2026) only if any particulars in the form need to be edited.
